TAKE A BOWL
ADD TO IT 1 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR (MAIDA)
PINCH OF SALT
2 TBSP COCOA POWDER
2 TBSP BAKING POWDER
AND MIX ALL INGREDIENTS
IN ANOTHER BOWL TAKE 2 TBSP BUTTER AND ONE CHOCOLATE .THAN MELT IT IN MICROWAVE
TO MELTED CHOCOLATE-BUTTER MIXTURE
ADD 3/4 CUP CURD
3/4 SUGAR
FEW DROPS OF VANILLA EXTRACT
MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS PROPERLY UNTILL ALL SUGAR IS PROPERLY DISSOLVED.

ADD BOTH THE MIXTURES AND WHISK IT WELL UNTILL
A THICK SMOOTH BATTER IS FORMED
IN A SEPARATE BOWL PLACE THE BUTTER PAPER ( IF YOU DONT HAVE BUTTER PAPER YOU CAN SIMPLY COAT THE BOWL WITH OIL)
AND POUR THE BATTER .
ON TOP OF IT ADD SOME NUTS( CASHEWS , WALNUTS)
BAKE FOR 10 MINUTES IN MICROWAVE
DELICIOUS SPONGY NUTTY
CHOCOLATE BROWNIE IS READY TO SERVE
( WITH HELP OF KNIFE EDGE OR TOOTHPICK CHECK WEATHER IT IS BAKED PROPERLY OR NOT.)
{if it is baked properly batter will not stick to the toothpick and if not than batter will stick to the toothpick}
YOU CAN SERVE IT WITH VANILLA ICE-CREAM AND SOME CHOCOLATE SYRUP.
